Have you booked directly with a cruise line and now wish you had an agency working for you, helping you navigate your trip and advocate for you?  Are you part of a group and would like someone to do all the legwork, answer questions, and make sure everything goes exactly as you'd like? Would you like to be placed on Cruise Planners' price drop alert system -- something the cruise lines and online cruise agencies will not do? 

It may not be too late to transfer the booking.  Here are the guidelines. It only takes a minute or two to complete the switch, and it's free. Make sure to let Sandra or Kim know that this is in motion. The transfer form or request should indicate the travel agency name of Cruise Planners/Brooks Travel Advisors, travel agency phone number 704-992-2096, and email address.

Azamara Club Cruises:
Contact:  Visit https://www.azamaraclubcruises.com/digital-booking-transfer-form to complete a quick online form. Transfer request must be made within 60 days of reservation creation, and before final payment.

Note: Under “reason for transfer,” simply state that you’d like our agency to manage the booking.

Carnival:

Call Carnival at 800-764-7419 and get a pin number for your booking. Contact Sandra or Kim with the pin number. We will phone the pin number in to Carnival, and the booking will be transferred immediately. 

Criteria: Transfer requests must take place within 30 days of placing your deposit, and prior to final payment.  

Celebrity Cruises:
Contact:  Visit http://rccl.force.com/directtransfers/DTTCelebrity to complete a quick online form. Transfer request must be made within 30 days of reservation creation, and before final payment.

Disney

Complete the left side of this form, sign it and date it, then email the form to Sandra or Kim

Disney Cruise Line:

Refer to the following form, and make sure it's completed within 30 days:

Holland America Line:

Contact Sandra or Kim for the transfer form. Bookings may only be transferred within 60 days of booking creation and cannot be paid in full. 

Norwegian Cruise Line:

A transfer can be requested within 14 days of reservation creation, and before final payment. The form can be found here.

Oceania:

Have handy:  The email must contain your name, booking number, ship, and sailing date, and you must explain that you wish to transfer your booking to our agency (Cruise Planners/Sandra Brooks/Brooks Travel Advisors),  and you must indicate our local phone number (704)992-2096.

Princess Cruises:

Must be requested within 60 days of making the deposit, and before final payment. Contact Sandra or Kim for the transfer form.

Royal Caribbean International:

Uniworld:

Note:  Transfer request must take place prior to making final payment.

Viking:
